I would like to thank you so much for helping me out when I was in a difficult situation. As you already know I was let down by another company and you very kindly came to my rescue and helped me get through a difficult time of losing my 16 year old dog, Tilly. After telephoning me and then immediately sending out a paw print kit I was able to retrieve a paw print and unfortunately it wasn't long after that had to let her go.
